The Archbishop's Palace is an historic 14th-century and 16th-century building on the east bank of the River Medway in Maidstone, Kent. Formerly part of the Manor of Maidstone, the Archbishops' Palace was mainly built by Archbishop Courtenay in the late 14th century.
The Archbishops' Palace is now the Kent Register Office for civil marriages and public records. It's set in lovely grounds and has a beautiful herb garden.
